Additions, Deletions or Changes to the Agenda 7:02 PM
Commissioner Campo asked that the Reserve Policy Resolution 810 be removed from agenda.
Motion: Motion to remove the Reserve Policy Resolution 810 from the agenda, Action: Approved, Moved by Commissioner James W. Campo, Seconded by Vice Mayor Dan Morris. Motion passed unanimously.

PROCLAMATIONS AND AWARDS
3. Designation of First Heritage Tree 7:03 PM PRESENTED
Commissioner Thurlow-Lippisch presented the item and introduced the Heritage Tree Committee.
The Town’s first Heritage Tree award was presented to Ms. Stephanie Flicker.
4. Proclamation of Water Conservation Month 7:07 PM PRESENTED
Town Manager Walker read the Proclamation.
Mayor Luger presented the Proclamation of Water Conservation Month.
Motion: To approve the Water Conservation Proclamation., Action: Approved, Moved by Commissioner James W. Campo, Seconded by Vice Mayor Dan Morris. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Proclamation of Historic Preservation Month
Commissioner Thurlow-Lippish read the Proclamation and presented the proclamation to Mr. Douette Pyrce.
Mr. Pyrce made a comment.
Motion: To approve the Historic Preservation Month Proclamation., Action: Approve, Moved by Commissioner Jacqui Thurlow-Lippisch, Seconded by Commissioner Vincent N. Barile. Motion passed unanimously.

6. Resolution No. 810 regarding Reserve Policy – removed from the agenda

7. First Reading of Ordinance No. 405 relating to permitting for trimming certain trees.
8. First Reading of Ordinance No. 406 relating to registration of Certified Arborists.
There was public comment by David Morris.
The Commission reached a consensus to bring Ordinances back to workshop for further decision.
