Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings of the Town Commission and Boards and produce official minutes of the meetings
  • Legal advertising
  • Qualifying Officer of Town Elections and liaison to the Martin County Supervisor of Elections Office
  • Records Management Liaison Officer - Responsible for all Town records, including attesting to all contracts and official documents, recording documents and retaining records in accordance with the Florida State Statutes public records requests. (Read the Town's Public Records Request Policy)
